How quickly will I hear back?
I answer messages myself rather than passing them to a team, so allow a couple of working days. If it's about an existing order, the shop is the faster route.
Can you tell me what's wrong with my animal?
No — and I'd be doing you a disservice if I tried. I can talk about natural options, everyday care, and how to think about your animal's wellbeing as a whole. Anything diagnostic belongs with your veterinarian, who can actually examine your animal.
Do you work with animals other than dogs and cats?
Yes. Horses, goats, sheep, chickens, small animals — the principles carry across, and so do most of the products. Tell me what you've got and I'll point you somewhere sensible.
