The short version: our products and guides are here to support you, not to replace your veterinarian. Buy with care, ask us anything, and tell us if something arrives wrong.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to Holistic Pet Care LLC, an Oregon company based in Eugene, Oregon, United States. They cover our websites, our online shop, our guides and courses, and our emails. By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them.

2. Educational information, not veterinary advice

You know your animal and your circumstances; we do not. If your animal is unwell, injured, pregnant, or under veterinary care, speak with your veterinarian before changing anything. You are responsible for what you choose to give your animal.

3. Our content

The writing, images, logos, guides and course material on this site belong to Holistic Pet Care LLC. You are welcome to read them, learn from them and use what you learn with your own animals. Please do not copy, republish, share or resell them.

Buying a digital guide or course gives you a personal licence to use it. It is not transferable.

4. Our products

Our products are made in small batches, so availability can change. We describe them as accurately as we can, but colours, labels and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
• We may decline or cancel an order. If we do, you will get a full refund.
• If a price or description is listed in error, we may cancel the order rather than honour the error, and we will tell you.
• Payment is taken by our payment processor at checkout. We never see your full card number.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are consumable and made in small batches, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. A photo of the problem helps us sort it quickly.

7. Shipping and delivery

• Free shipping on orders over $99.
• Orders are packed and dispatched within a few business days.
• Once a carrier has your parcel, delivery times are in their hands.
• Please double-check your address. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

If you order from outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility, and some countries restrict certain products. Please check before ordering — we cannot refund an order held or destroyed by customs.

8. Your account and communications

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. If you join our email list, you will get educational emails and occasional offers, and you can unsubscribe from any of them at any time.

9. Reviews and things you send us

If you send us a review, photo, or story about your animal, you are giving us permission to publish it, with your first name and last initial. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not. You keep ownership of what you send.

10. Other websites

We sometimes link to other sites because we think they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with our products, content, or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our products are supplied without warranty of any particular result. Every animal is different.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Lane County, Oregon.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
